Anxiety is a state
of mind which usually results in behavioural symptoms (phobias,
fear, action inability etc.'). It always has a 'reason' that triggers
- sometimes a single event/experience in the past and sometimes an
accumulating psychological reasoning.
Hypnosis
is a powerful tool of getting to the trigger sources to be later encountered
by the psychotherapeutic process that
will enhance the release and 'disentanglement' of the source complex.
