We live in a complex
world and some many times we pay a price, of which stress is
a common currency. It may vary from a local 'stress of the day' caused
by immediate events (work, family, paying bills...) to an 'I am here
to stay' kind of stress that can bitterly dictate one's life and turn
it into a constant grief.
By 'digging' into
the sources of the latter psychotherapy
can trace the accumulating causes of the stress and 'de-complex' them,
thus restoring unstressed flow of life. Hypnosis
can work efficiently in the tracing effort, again, allowing the psychotherapeutic
process to commence.
